The National Qualifications Authority of Ireland is the National Agency with responsibility for Europass. A steering group, chaired by the National Qualifications Authority of Ireland has been established to support effective implementation of the Diploma Supplement in higher education institutions in Ireland.

The Irish National Template is in accordance with the model recommended by the UNESCO/ CoE/ EU Commission Working Group.
