Additional information

The "Diploma Supplement" appears as an amendment to the University diploma and contains a standardised description of the type, level, context and status of the successfully completed course of study. The "Diploma Supplement" creates transparency and simplifies the academic and professional recognition of the student’s abilities (diplomas, academic grade, certificates etc.).

The Liechtenstein University of Applied Sciences was one of the first institutions which implemented the "Diploma Supplement", following the recommendation of the EU, UNESCO and the European Council in 1999 and it forms the appendix of Bachelor and Master Diplomas for all courses followed at the University.

According to the Act on Higher Education (by 25 November 2004), section 23, the Diploma Supplement contains information about completed qualifications of Bachelor, Master or Doctoral studies.
