Since 1st January 2005, the pattern of the Diploma Supplement is obligatory for Higher Education Institutions in Poland, according to the Regulation of the Minister of National Education and Sport of 23rd July 2004 concerning specification of the kinds of diploma and professional titles and forms/models of diploma issued by higher education institutions.
