Since 1st January 2005 Diploma Supplement is obligatory for Higher Education Institutions in Poland. The current format of Diploma Supplement is defined in the Regulation of the Minister of Science and Higher Education of 1 September 2011 on Higher Education Degrees, Studies, Higher Education Dilpomas and Certificates of Completion of Post-Diploma Studies and Format of Diploma Supplement.
