Education institutions in Monaco - public ones and private ones under state contract - follow French education programs. Their degrees are delivered by French Ministries.

University education

International University of Monaco

The International University of Monaco is a private higher education establishment. The teaching is in English. It offers courses leading to Bachelor's and Master's Degrees and PhDs in the fields of management and finance and in luxury products and services. Diploma from this establishment are recognised by the Monegasque Government (Arrêté ministériel N°2013-199 du 10 avril 2013).

The following diplomas can be prepared in Monaco’s public institutions :
The Brevet de technicien Supérieur (BTS) is a 120 ECTS professional degree (in one of three specialities : accounting, assistant managing and hospitality).
The Diplôme de Comptabilité et de Gestion (DCG) is a 180 ECTS degree in accounting.
The Diplôme National d’Art (DNA) is a 180 ECTS degree in Arts.
The Diplôme national Supérieur d’Expression Plastique (DNSEP) is a 300 ECTS degree in Arts.
The Diplôme d’Etat d’infirmier is a 180 ECTS nurse degree.
