The access requirement for academic and single cycle master’s study programmes

The access requirement for academic and single cycle master’s study programmes is a matura examination, a final examination prior to 1 June 1995, or a vocational matura examination plus an additional examination in one general matura subject.

The access requirement for higher professional study programmes
The access requirement for higher professional study programmes is a matura examination, a vocational matura examination or a final examination from a four-year secondary school or equivalent programme.

Information on upper secondary examinations 2020; COVID -19 situation
Upper secondary graduates will receive a final diploma in Republic of Slovenija on 13.7.2020 (school leaving certificate of completed Matura). Students also received a final year certificate (completed final year of upper secondary education) on 25.5.2020. Every student, who will complete Matura this year, will be aligable for admission to higher education studies in the Republic of Slovenija.
